In fact, without lifting weights you are just not going to get the desired body.  And it is very important that you do it correctly. Your workout should be designed in such a way that your whole body gets the best workout that it possibly can.

There are many exercises with and without machines that can be done to improve your muscles but, these four tend to be the most effective at building muscle quick.  They are the- dead lift, squat, military press and bench press. They are compound movement exercises. It is a type of exercise that uses more than one muscle.  For example the bench press utilizes not only the chest but also the triceps and shoulders.

Again it is important that instead of just doing the same number of these exercises daily, you increase the number gradually. When you gradually increase the number your body has to fight to adapt to this new challenge. This leads to small tears in the muscle tissues. These tissues get repaired while you are sleeping. And after repair, they transform to muscles.

So, it is important to constantly challenge the body. But, do not overstrain your body which will be counterproductive.
